Hatta ay olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda -20 kilo\u2026 Daha ne istersiniz ki? Hayallerinize ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in sadece bir ay, sonra istedi\u011finiz d\u00fczene geri d\u00f6nerim diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcn\u00fcz de\u011fil mi? Peki ger\u00e7ekten i\u015fin asl\u0131 bu mu? Bir haftada -5 kilo vermek ne demek? Nas\u0131l oluyor? Hadi bu kiloyu verdiniz, sonra neler oluyor? \u00d6ncelikle k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede h\u0131zl\u0131 kilo vermek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili beslenmek gerekiyor.
